RESEARCH & INNOVATION provides qualified services in the area of medical genetics and molecular biology to public and private laboratories as to other health care institutions. The aim of our work is to supply health care professionals with the diagnostic services they require to deliver accurate and innovative medical advice and related care to patients.

The integrated organization of the Company with a continuous contact between the diagnostic and research divisions guarantees the basis for translating research findings rapidly into the diagnostic service and has made RESEARCH & INNOVATION as a very qualified center in the sector of molecular diagnostics. There is a constant strive to maintain excellence through research, technological innovations and personal commitment.

The diagnostic division team comprises a specialized geneticist collaborating with internationally accredited clinical groups, highly qualified PhD. scientists and technical specialists in genetic, oncological and pharmacogenetic sectors.

The Company has been recently authorized from Regione Veneto as private laboratory for the conduction of specialized services in the area of medical genetics for healthcare institutions in Italy (Decreto n. 23 15/03/2002).

The Diagnostic division has been recently certified for the Quality System ISO 9001:2000 whereas the entire analytic process undergoes constant control by operators dedicated specifically to this task.

RESEARCH & INNOVATION Molecular Diagnostic division is now a key operating member within the "Venetian Consortium of Cytogenetics and Medical Genetics". The aim of the Consortium, founded by some of the major clinical laboratories in North-East Italy, is to provide state-of-the art specialized cytogenetic and molecular diagnostic services in both the public and private healthcare sector faciliting a strong sinergy between professionals working in the sector of medical genetics.
